Nice piece…I would suggest that we consider the way (mode, place, context) in which an artwork shows up, is enscribed in a context defines a lot in it being outspoken political (galeries,nonprofit spaces, billboards, newspapers, etc). And of course the circulation and attention it gets. Just a thought
